Job Title: Production Position
Overview:
As part of the Spector & Co. production team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for quality and timely delivery. This position involves hands-on involvement in the manufacturing process, ensuring the products meet our high standards before they are shipped to clients. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to the production of custom promotional items such as pens, bags, technology accessories, and more.
Responsibilities:
– **Production Operations:** Operate machinery and equipment for the production of promotional products, following established processes and quality guidelines.
– **Quality Control:** Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
– **Order Fulfillment:** Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of orders to ensure timely delivery.
– **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance and report any issues with production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
– **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
– **Experience:** Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required. Spector & Co. provides training for motivated candidates.
– Attention to Detail:Strong focus on quality control and ensuring products meet exact specifications.
– Technical Skills:Ability to operate or learn to operate various types of production machinery.
– Team Player:Work well in a collaborative environment, supporting fellow team members and contributing to collective goals.
– Physical Stamina:The role requires standing for extended periods and handling materials or products that may be heavy at times.
